Meet Lidia Soliman

Lidia holds a Double Degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Since starting her career as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2006, Lidia developed a passion for Migration Law. After great success in heading the Migration Departments in various law firms, she now directs and heads Gateway Law & Migration Australia.

Lidia provides email appraisals to clients all over the world; she processes applications on behalf of clients including professionals, families, students, businessmen and refugees. She conducts review matters and appeals at the Migration Review Tribunal and Refugee Review Tribunal. She also makes requests to the Minister under s417 of the Migration Act.

Her attention to detail and migration acumen has resulted in an increasingly high success rate for applications submitted by our firm to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. Lidia now consults to numerous other firms nationally on migration matters.

​Amongst her achievements, Lidia received the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) and a service award from the Government of New South Wales in recognition of her achievements and contributions to the Australian community.

Since 2007, Lidia has also been lecturing various law subjects at the Technical and Further Education (TAFE) College in Sydney.
